Nevins & Associates, a full-service marketing, public relations and advertising firm located in Towson, today announced that Mitchell Schmale has rejoined the agency as Senior Vice President. In this role, Mitchell will oversee clients in areas of media relations, strategic communications, advertising, and digital media.

Mitchell returns to Nevins & Associates after nearly 12 years at Maroon PR where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. He brings nearly 30 years of public relations, media relations and marketing experience to Nevins & Associates after previously serving with the agency in various roles from 1995 - 2006.

During his career, Mitchell has worked with a diverse array of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, telecommunications leaders, health care, nonprofits, sports and entertainment clients.

After beginning his career in the broadcast news industry as a writer and producer at CNN Headline News, Mitchell joined WMAR TV in Baltimore as a news producer. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University.
